Patient Access is a 24 hour online service allowing you to access your local GP services at home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet.

 

All information that is sent to your surgery via Patient Access is secure.
Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.

To register for this facility you will first need to contact the Practice and ask for a registration letter to be issued to you. This letter will cover all the necessary details for you to register for online appointment booking and ordering of repeat medication via this website.

There are two registration screens. The information on the first screen enables the system to check your identity when you log on. On the second screen you enter a password and security details that no-one else (including Practice staff) will know.

Once a username and password have been chosen, online orders may be made.
