If you require a doctor in an emergency outside of normal hours, please call the surgery number on 01470 521203. The call will be transferred through to NHS 24 which will either provide advice to you or contact an on-call doctor if required

Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made before 10am, if possible, so that the doctors can plan their day.

Alternatively you may be asked to speak to a doctor or practice nurse who will discuss with you the problem and then agree with you if and when you should be seen. A table of surgery consulting hours is included below. Please note that while there are no routine consultations on Tuesdays or Thursdays, the Health Centre is open and a receptionist will be available to book appointments and for collections of repeat medications ordered 48 hours or more in advance.

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse about a routine matter, such as results or a laboratory test, then please phone the practice between 14:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday.
